Mohd. Adnan Hashim is currently a contract professor in advertising at the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies (FCMS), Universiti Teknologi MARA. Throughout his over 30 years of experience in the academic world of communication and advertising, Adnan has been involved in various research efforts, consultancy and publications.
He is author of the first advertising book in Malaysia (published in 1994). He was also a former Dean of FCMS. Other than lecturing and conducting research, he is presently an external examiner for advertising at Tuanku Abdul Rahman University College, SEGi University College, Quest International University and Asia e-University.
To him, a university like any other product, needs a convincing brand to attract students and academicians seeking the brand’s assurance. More importantly, the university must deliver what it promises.

Madiha Fuad (Maddy) is the Founder of PlusVibes, a mental health solutions provider with services such as mobile application, workshops, self-care products and a foundation.
In just one year, PlusVibes has close to 10,000 users and has received thousands of positive feedbacks from those specifically suffering from depression, anxiety and suicide ideations.
Maddy aspires to transform the education landscape in Malaysia, starting with the need to for mental health awareness and workshops for the public, employees, and students. She conducts talks for corporate companies, universities and is frequently invited for TV appearances.
Maddy obtained an MBA with a High Achiever Scholarship and is in her last semester for her PhD in Business at Taylor’s University with a 100% scholarship. She has been an entrepreneur for the past 8 years venturing into various businesses such as F&B, interior design, fashion and most recently, software development.

Dewi Seribayu is currently a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies, Universiti Teknologi MARA. She wrote the winning essay “The Role of Journalism in Eradicating Poverty” for the Journalism Essay Contest of the UNICEF Urban Child Poverty and Deprivation Study of Low-Cost Flats in Kuala Lumpur.
She majored in Public Relations and is interested in the areas of social media and branding.
